Ntsako is customer-obsessed and focuses on building an understanding of Uber Riders and Driver Partners along demographic, psychographic and behavioural dimensions, in order to determine the most effective engagement tactics for these audiences, with the aim of retaining them on the Uber platform.

Ntsako previously worked in strategy consulting at Accenture Strategy, primarily focused on customer-experience transformation projects for communications, media and technology companies. She completed an MBA at the International University of Monaco (cum laude), majoring in Luxury Brand Management. She also holds a certificate in Strategy and Financial Acumen from INSEAD, a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from GIBS, a diploma in Integrated Marketing Communications from AAA School of Advertising and a BSC in Biological Sciences from Wits University.
